No. Customers scan the QR code and your menu opens instantly in their phone browser, on iOS or Android — no download needed.
Can I take orders and payments?
Yes, on Pro and above. Customers order right from the menu and pay by card through Stripe, or choose cash on collection. Payouts go straight to your own Stripe account.
Can I bundle items into combos?
Yes. Build reusable Choice Groups (Mains, Sides, Drinks) once, then combos pull from them with a stepped picker. Diners pick one item per slot and the cart totals automatically. (Pro and up.)
Do you have a Kitchen Display System?
Yes. Mount any tablet or monitor on the cook line, open the KDS, and incoming orders appear as cards with prep timers and per-item checkboxes. When the last item is ticked off the order auto-promotes to Ready. (Premium.)
What about non-English diners?

How do diners summon a waiter?
Tap a button on the menu — Call Waiter, Request Bill, Refill Water, etc. The request lands in your operator inbox at the bar with the table number. Configure which actions appear in your dashboard.
Do I have to reprint the QR code when the menu changes?
Never. The QR code is permanent — edit prices, add dishes or mark items sold out and the live menu updates immediately.
