How to invite someone

Step 1 — Open the team settings

drentio.com/account/team. Lists every active + pending member.

Step 2 — Tap + Invite member

Fill:

  • Email — the address they'll sign up with
  • Role — see below
  • Module access — tick which modules they should see

Step 3 — They get an email

The invitee clicks the link → signs up (or logs in if they already have a Drentio account) → joins your team. They show up as "Active" in your team list.

Step 4 — Adjust later

You can change role / module access any time from the team list.

Roles

RoleCanCannot
OwnerEverything, including billing + team management(only the original signup is Owner unless you transfer)
AdminEverything except billing + delete brandTouch billing or close the account
EditorCreate / edit content in modules they have access toInvite teammates, change plans
ViewerSee dashboards + analytics, read-onlyEdit anything
Floor staff (Restaurant only)Mark items sold-out from mobile floor viewAnything else
Kitchen (Restaurant only)KDS + Hot Actions inboxAnything else

Per-module access

You don't have to give every teammate access to every module. Your social media manager probably needs Bio Link + BC, not Restaurant or QR.

When you invite, tick only the modules they need. They'll only see those tabs in the sidebar.

The "kitchen-only seat" trick. A kitchen-staff seat is restricted to KDS + Hot Actions. They can't see your menu, orders dashboard, or analytics — perfect for a back-of-house tablet. Restaurant Pro includes enough seats for a small kitchen team.

Removing someone

Team list → tap the row → Remove. Their account stays (they may belong to other Drentio teams); they just lose access to yours. You can re-invite later.

Plan note

  • Inviting members: Pro+ on each module
  • Granular role assignment: Business / Premium tier
  • Audit log of team changes: Business / Premium tier
