Business Cards
Card analytics
Views, scans, device/geo breakdown.
Every card gets its own analytics dashboard. Pro tier unlocks per-card; Business tier unlocks aggregate cross-card reporting.
What you can see
| Metric | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Views | Anyone landing on the card page |
| Scans | Specifically QR-driven traffic (vs direct link) |
| vCard saves | "Save to contacts" button taps |
| Wallet adds | Apple Wallet pass adds |
| Lead submissions | Contact-capture form fills |
| Conversion rate | Leads / views |
Plus per-view breakdown by:
- Device — iOS / Android / desktop
- Geo — country + city (IP-based, rough)
- Source — QR vs link vs vCard re-open
- Time — hourly + daily + weekly
How to read it
Step 1 — Open the card's analytics tab
Cards → Marcus Reed → Analytics.
Step 2 — Pick a date range
Last 7 / 30 / 90 days, or custom range.
Step 3 — Watch conversion rate
The most important number on the page. "Views → leads" tells you whether your card is actually getting people to submit. Industry benchmark: 8–15%. Under 5% means your CTA isn't visible enough — try the sticky bottom button.
Cross-card aggregate (Business tier)
If you have multiple cards (employee rollout), the aggregate view rolls everyone up:
- Total views / leads across the team
- Per-employee leaderboard (who's networking most)
- Per-department breakdown
Useful for sales leadership tracking outbound activity from card scans.
Privacy. We don't store the visitor's full IP — only the city derived from it (then discarded). No tracking pixels beyond what your card analytics need. GDPR-compliant by default.
Plan note
- Per-card analytics: Pro ($9/mo)
- Aggregate cross-card analytics: Business ($29/mo)
