Create your first workspace
What a workspace is and how it groups your work.
In Drentio, a brand is the container for everything you build. One business = one brand. The brand holds your logo, your colors, your modules — and every QR code, menu, business card, and bio page you create lives under it.
What a brand has

How to create your brand
Step 1 — Sign up
drentio.com/sign-up. We auto-create a starter brand named after your account, free.
Step 2 — Rename + brand it
Dashboard → Brand settings → Identity. Update:
- Name
- Slug (only edit if you haven't shared URLs yet — changes break old links)
- Logo
- Primary color
Step 3 — Set defaults
Brand settings → Defaults:
- Timezone — affects opening hours, scheduling, analytics
- Currency — affects pricing displays in Restaurant / Bio Link commerce
- Default language
Step 4 — Save + move on
Once your brand is configured, jump into whichever module you need first (QR, Restaurant, Business Card, or Bio Link).
One brand = everything coherent
Because all four modules share the same brand identity:
- Your QR codes auto-pick up your logo
- Your menu's header logo + accent color come from your brand
- Your business cards inherit company name + colors
- Your Bio Link page picks up your theme
Change your logo once → it updates across every surface.
Multi-brand vs Agency 10

Agencies: don't squeeze multiple clients under one brand. Each client deserves their own brand container so their analytics, billing, and team access stay separate. Agency 10 is purpose-built for this.
