Getting started
Modules explained
Why we sell modules à la carte and how to subscribe to just what you need.
Most SaaS tools bundle features and charge you for things you'll never use. Drentio sells modules independently — pick the one (or four) you need, ignore the rest.

The four modules
| Module | What it does | Best for | Tiers |
|---|---|---|---|
| QR codes | Generate, customize, track QR codes | Anyone with a printer or sign | Free / Pro $9 / Business $29 |
| Restaurant | QR menus, online orders, KDS | Restaurants, food trucks, bars | Starter $0 / Pro $39 / Premium $119 |
| Business Cards | Digital cards with capture + analytics | Sales / consultants / HR rollouts | Free / Pro $9 / Business $29 |
| Bio Link | Link-in-bio pages | Creators, agencies, content brands | Free / Pro $9 / Business $29 |
How subscriptions work
Step 1 — Free tier on every module by default
Sign up and you get Free tier access to all four modules automatically. Use what you need without paying anything.
Step 2 — Hit a limit, upgrade that module
If you run out of dynamic QR codes (Free = 3), you upgrade the QR module — not your whole account. Your Restaurant module subscription stays where it was.
Step 3 — Cancel anytime
Cancelling a module drops you back to the Free tier of that module. Your data stays; some features go read-only (e.g. Pro-only blocks on a Bio Link page hide but don't delete).

Mix and match — a few realistic combos
| Persona | What they pay |
|---|---|
| Solo restaurant owner | Restaurant Premium $119 |
| Influencer | Bio Link Pro $9 + Business Card Pro $9 = $18 |
| Tradesperson with vehicle QR + business cards | QR Pro $9 + BC Pro $9 = $18 |
| Agency managing 10 clients | Agency 10 $1,099 (10 workspaces × all-Premium) |
Agency 10
If you're managing 4+ separate businesses (your own franchises or agency clients), the per-brand math stops making sense. Agency 10 gives you:
- 10 workspaces (one per client)
- Every module at the top tier on every workspace
- 10 team-member seats
- One bill
At $1,099/mo, the break-even is around 8 clients vs piecing modules together separately.
Modules vs brands
A common confusion:
- Brand = your business identity (logo, colors, name)
- Module = a Drentio feature area (QR, Restaurant, BC, Bio Link)
A brand "subscribes to" modules. A brand without a Restaurant subscription simply can't access the Restaurant tab — but its QR codes, BC, Bio Link still work.
Start free, upgrade when you hit a wall. Don't over-buy. We deliberately keep Free tier limits high enough to test things — 3 dynamic QR codes, 1 BC, 1 menu, 1 Bio Link page. Upgrade when it actually matters.
